Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These terms describe how hosts, venues, vendors, and connected services use 3rdPlace. The agent can propose actions, but users stay responsible for approvals, outreach, bookings, payments, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

Using 3rdPlace

3rdPlace is an event execution and operations system for organizers, venues, and vendors. The system can propose actions, but purchases, bookings, payments, outreach, and refunds require explicit user approval.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and keep your login credentials secure. Supply-side listings may be admin-seeded and later claimed through the product claim flow.

Payments and payouts

3rdPlace uses Stripe for subscriptions, venue rental payments, vendor payments, connected-account payouts, refunds, transfer reversals, and settlement records. Payment and refund outcomes depend on Stripe, bank, card network, and counterparty processing rules.

Approvals and third parties

The system may recommend venues, vendors, budgets, contracts, messages, or payment actions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving terms before execution. Venues, vendors, ticketing platforms, and payment processors remain separate third parties.

Google sign-in and Gmail outreach

You may choose to sign in with Google or connect Gmail for outreach. Google sign-in authenticates your account. Gmail connection authorizes 3rdPlace to prepare, send, and monitor outreach messages only for product features you approve or explicitly configure. You remain responsible for the content, recipients, timing, and legality of outreach sent from your Gmail account.

No automatic outreach without permission

3rdPlace does not send outbound messages from Gmail unless you approve a specific message or configure an outreach autonomy policy. You can disconnect Gmail from the integrations settings page or revoke access from your Google Account at any time.

Google API data use

Use of Google user data is governed by our Privacy Policy. 3rdPlace does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers. Gmail data is used only to provide user-facing outreach, reply tracking, support, security, and compliance features.

Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent your events, abuse outreach workflows, send spam, violate email or communications laws, scrape catalog data, bypass payment flows, interfere with service reliability, or use the product for unlawful activity.

Availability and warranty disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific event outcomes, exact estimates, partner availability, or successful bookings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, 3rdPlace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
